Abstract

Studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui langkah – langkah dalam pengambilan keputusan serta menentukan strategi yang relevan dalam pemasaran spring bed di tahun 2018.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Data yang di gunakan adalah data primer dan skunder dan dari hasil analisis di temukan beberapa peluang yang bisa di gunakan sebagai acuan dalam menentukan strategi persaingan yang tepat sehingga mampu bersaing dan tetap bisa bertahan di pasar Surabaya.
