Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui secara jelas tentang kepemimpinan dimulai dari pengertian, peranan dan syarat yang efektif dan diperlukan bagi seorang pemimpin untuk memimpin orangisasi, perusahaan ataupun lingkungan kemasyarakatan. Berdasarkan sumber data, jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Narotama. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan ketika aktivitas ukm aktif – selesai Dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan dalam menetapkan responden mahasiswa adalah total sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel sebesar populasi yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil studi penjajakan diketahui bahwa populasi mahasiswa Universitas Narotama 20 orang. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Narotama. Hasil dari penelitian ini Untuk itu sebagai ketua atau sosok pemimpin di ukm perlu adanya efektivitas kepemimpinan yang tercemin dari kemampuannya untuk berkembang dan organisasi yang dinamin yang tercipta apabila setiap anggotanya mau menyelesaikan cara berpikir dan bertindak untuk mencapai suatu tujuan organisasi.
