Vận Dụng Thẻ Điểm Cân Bằng Tại Công Ty Cổ Phần Khu Công Nghiệp Nam Tân Uyên

Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm vận dụng thẻ điểm cân bằng (Balanced Scored Card- BSC) tại Công ty Cổ phần Khu Công nghiệp Nam Tân Uyên (NTU) dựa trên bốn khía cạnh cốt lõi là Tài chính; Khách hàng; Quy trình nội bộ; Đào tạo và phát triển, với các trọng số và các yếu tố cấu thành. Phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính thông qua phỏng vấn chuyên gia và phương pháp Delphi; kết hợp với phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng bằng việc khảo sát để đánh giá mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng, cùng việc phương pháp thống kê phân tích để khai thác dữ liệu thứ cấp. Nhóm tác giả sử dụng kết quả hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh 2019, đánh giá việc thực hiện chiến lược của NTU theo BSC, qua đó, nhận diện được các yếu tố và mức độ tác động của từng yếu tố đến quá trình thực hiện chiến lược của NTU. Nghiên cứu cung cấp thông tin hữu ích để NTU xây dựng các giải pháp cụ thể, phù hợp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công tác quản trị chiến lược.
