    Abstract

    Meningkatnya kelangkaan kelapa sawit diindonesia saat ini membuat harga minyak goreng melambung tinggi. Hal ini membuat masyarakat kecewa terhadap pemerintah. Oleh karna itu pemerintah mengumumkan harga subsidi minyak goreng yaitu Rp. 14.000 /liter tetapi itu juga membuat kegaduhan diberbagai supermarket dan minimarket di beberapa daerah, tidak terkecuali di Naga Swalayan Hankam. Oleh karna itu diperlukan manajemen operasional yang baik supaya tidak terjadi kerumunan yang akan membuat beberapa kerugian dari pihak karyawan dan costumernya. Manajemen operasional yang baik mencangkup dari segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penerapan, dan pengawasannya. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Analisa deskriptif umtuk memperlihatkan kinerja manajemen oprasiaonal di Naga Swalaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara wawancara semistruktur, dimana informan tersebut dianggap paling tahu pada objek yang diteliti.
