Abstract

Peranan pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi itu sangatlah penting karena keberadaan pimpinan yaitu menjadi palang pintu atau menjadi salah satu ujung tombak dari keberhasilan dalam berorganisasi. Peran pemimpin tidak pernah lepas dari pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam organisasi yaitu mulai dari organisasi Planning termasuk budgeting, Organizing, Staffing, Actuating or Leadership, Coordinating dan Controlling atau Evaluation. Akan tetapi, setiap perjalanan operasional suatu organisasi akan menemui kendala atau masalah akibat dinamika lingkungan Internal dan Eksternal organisasi. Untuk menyiasati situasi dan kondisi tersebut maka diperlukan seni memimpin yang cerdas untuk mencapai efektivitas kepemimpinan. Kepemimpinan yang efektif bagi pemimpin dalam melaksanakan peran pengendalian organisasi memiliki kontribusi besar bagi keberhasilan orang-orang yang dipimpinnya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien
