La inteligencia artificial y automatización en la toma de decisiones gerenciales

Abstract

En la actualidad las sociedades han ido evolucionando y cada vez son más cambiantes y dinámicas que exigen mayor innovación y uso de las tecnologías avanzadas, promoviendo ámbitos en la vida cotidiana de los seres humanos y en las organizaciones que estos conforman. Este estudio analiza la inteligencia artificial y la automatización en la toma de decisiones gerenciales, como herramientas fundamentales de las organizaciones en expansión. La metodología se basó en el enfoque prospectivo mediante el análisis estructural, para comprender la relación entre las variables y los actores estratégicos. A su vez, este estudio se fundamentó en las teorías de Godet (1993). Entre los resultados obtenidos, los actores dominados deben desarrollar estrategias para alcanzar el logro de sus objetivos y construir un escenario deseable que Impulse una eficaz implementación, de la inteligencia artificial y automatización en la toma de decisiones gerenciales en las empresas.
