Abstract

Kebijakan fisikal merupakan kebijakan pemerintah dalam memungut pajak dan membelanjakan pajak tersebut untuk membiayai kegiatan ekonomi. Dalam kebijakan fisikal diambil pemerintah untuk membelanjakan pendapatannya dalam merealisasikan tujuan-tujuan ekonomi. Dan kebijakan fisikal tersebut memiliki dua instrumen, pertama : kebijakan pendapatan, yang tercermin dalam kebijakan pajak, kedua kebijakan belanja. Kedua instrumen tersebut akan tercermin dalam anggaran belanja negara, yaitu pendapatan dan pengeluaran.
