Abstract

Pemerintah desa adalah Kepala Desa atau yang disebut dengan nama lain debantu perangkat desa sebagai untus penyelenggara pemerintah desa. Dalam undang undang nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang desa secara eksplisit memberikan tugas pada pemerintah desa yaitu penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pelaksanaan pembangunan, pembinaan kemasyarakatan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berdasarkan Pancasila, Undang-Undang Neagara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika.Dengan tujuan dasar melindungi segenap bangsa Indonesia dan seleruh tumpah darah Indonesia, memajukan kesejahteraan umum, mencerdaskan kehuidupan bangsa dan ikut melaksanakan ketertiban dunia yang berdasarkan kehidupan bangsa dan ikut melaksanakan ketertiban dunia yang berdasarkan kemerdekaan abadi dan keadilan social Kata kunci: pemerintahan, kepala desa
