Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi penerapan metode balanced scorecard sebagai alat pengukur kinerja Rumah Sakit Islam jemursari dalam kualitas pelayanan . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang merupakan penelitian non hipotesis, sehingga dalam penelitiannya tidak perlu merumuskan hipotesa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Islam Jemursari Surabaya telah memiliki visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran strategis yang jelas dan mudah dipahami Dari pembahasan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan Balanced Scorecard dapat digunakan sebagai alat penterjemah strategi dan pengukuran kinerja yang ditinjau dari perspektif keuangan dan non keuangan.
