Abstract

Komunikasi artinya sarana yang dibuat dalam mengadakan koordinasi antara mengembangkan subsistem dalam pengkantoran. Menurut kohler ada 2 contoh komunikasi dalam rangka menaikkan kinerja serta mencapai tujuan perkantoran Pertama komunikasi koordinatif ,yaitu proses komunikasi yang berfungsi dalam menyatukan bagian-bagian (subsistem ) perkantoran. Kedua, komunikasi interaktif adalah proses pertukaran informasi yang berjalan secara berkesinambungan, pertukaran pendapat dan perilaku yang di gunakan sebagai dasar penyesuaian di antara sub-sub sistem dalam perkantoran juga antara perkantoran menggunakan kawan kerja. Frekuensi dan intensitas komunikasi yang pada lakukan juga turut menghipnotis hasil asal suatu proses komunikasi tersebut.
