Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and compensation to employee performance moderated by job satisfaction in Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Padang. The population is all employees working in BAZNAS Padang. The sampling method is full sampling. The amount that can be used as an analysis tool is a total of 32 respondents. The method used in the research is to test the validity, reliability test, heteroscedasticity test, significance test, a test model of the determinant coefficient, regression analysis, and hypothesis, where variavel free competence (X1) and compensation (X2), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y ) while moderatingnya variable is job satisfaction (M). The results showed that the variables competency significantly influence employee performance in BAZNAS city of Padang, the variable compensation significantly influence employee performance in BAZNAS city of Padang, job satisfaction variables significantly influence employee performance in BAZNAS city of Padang, job satisfaction as a moderating variable affecting competence BAZNAS the performance of employees in the city of Padang, job satisfaction as a moderating variable affecting the competence of the performance of employees in BAZNAS Padang.
