Abstract

Pemasaran ada dimana-mana. Formal atau informal, orang dan organisasi terlibat dalam sejumlah kegiatan yang dapat disebut pemasaran. Pemasaran yang baik semakin menjadi unsur yang vital bagi keberhasilan bisnis. Pemasaran juga sangat memengaruhi hidup kita setiap hari tertanam dalam setiap apa yang kita lakukan dari pakaian yang kita pakai, situs web yang kita klik, sampai ke iklan yang kita perhatikan. Pemasaran yang baik itu bukan kebetulan, melainkan hasil dari eksekusi dan perencanaan yang cermat. Praktik pemasaran terus-menerus di tingkatkan dan diperbaharui di seluruh industri untuk meningkatkan peluang keberhasilan. Akan tetapi keunggulan pemasaran itu jarang dan sulit untuk dicapai. Pemasaran itu adalah “seni” sekaligus “ilmu” ada tegangan yang terus menerus antara sisi pemasaran yang terformulasi dan sisi kreatif.
