Abstract

Strategi merupakan rencana komprehensif untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.” Manajemen Strategi adalah apa yang dialkukan manajer untuk mengembangkan strategi organisasi. Ini merupakan tugas penting yang melibatkan semua fungsi manajemen dasar. Definisi tersebut dipopulerkan oleh Griffin pada tahun 2000 yang tidak hanya menjelaskan tentang mencapai tujuan organisasi namun juga bermaksud bagaimana mempertahankan keberlangsungan organisasi di lingkungan di mana organisasi tersebut beraktivitas Menurut Clauswitz dalam Rachmat (2014:6) menyatakan bahwa strategi merupakan seni pertempuran untuk memenangkan bahwa strategi merupakan seni pertempuran untuk memenangkan perang.
