Prosedur Pemberian Kredit Gadai Pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Terandam Padang

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to provide a procedure for granting mortgage loans to PT. Pegadaian (persero) Cabang Terandam. Data collected using qualitative methods, namely interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this research conclude that the procedure for granting credit is carried out by PT. Pegadaian (persero) Cabang Terandam starts from the procedure for submitting credit applications, the customer will submit the item to be pawned, the appraiser will estimate the collateral that has been submitted by the customer, the goods that have been appraised will be carried out to add up the funds released by the appraiser. The procedure for granting pawn loans starts when the customer comes to the pawn shop, fills in the credit form, then submits the collateral. After the collateral has been assessed, a pawn agreement letter will be issued. and then sign the pledge slip.
