Abstract

Tujuan utama dari sistem ekonomi kerakyatan yaitu menjamin kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat secara merata lebih utama daripada kemakmuran individual dan segelintir golongan yang menguasai faktor-faktor produksi. Bila ditinjau dari uraian di atas, maka jelaslah bahwa sistem ekonomi nasional yang sebenarnya adalah menganut sistem ekonomi kerakyatan, di mana sistim ini menganut azas kekeluargaan, berkedaulatan rakyat, bermoral Pancasila dan menunjukkan keberpihakan yang sungguh-sungguh pada ekonomi rakyat. Sehingga bila dalam perekonomian nasional mengabaikan kesejahteraan rakyat banyak dan lebih mengutamakan sekelompok pemilik modal, maka hal tersebut bertentangan dengan semangat ekonomi kerakyatan dan harus ditolak.
