Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan juga perkembangan sistem informasi manajemen yang digunakan pada sebuah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) marmer yang berada di Desa Gamping, Kecamatan Campurdarat. Di daerah Desa Gamping Kecamatan Capurdarat ini banyak sekali UMKM marmer yang di jalankan oleh masyarakatnya. Karena, marmer merupakan kekayaan alam yang sangat bernilai haganya, sehingga pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang ada ini untuk agar bisa meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat tulungagung, terutama masyarakat di wilayah Desa Gamping. Namun, selain sumber daya alam yang melimpah ruah, juga terdapat faktor pendukung lainnya, seperti sistem informasi manajemen ini salah satunya. Yang mana apabila sebuah usaha di sesuaikan dengan menjalankan dan menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen yang tepat dan benar maka usaha itu juga akan berkembang dan sukses. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan juga informasi data yang digunakan melalui wawancara kepada narasumber atau responden – responden lainnya. Penelitian ini lebih berfokus untuk mengetahui seberapa tingkat perkembangan sistem informasi manajemen yang dipakai, dan juga untuk mengetahui perkembangan pemasaran produk UMKM ini melalui teknologi yang modern, seperti memasarkan melalui website. Hasil yang didapat dari sebuah penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat perkembangan sistem informasi manajemen yang diterapkan terhadap perkembangan usaha marmer, mengetahui perkembangan pemasaran produk dari hasil usaha marmer ini melalui website.
