Abstract

Bisnis nokia yang didirikan pada tahun 1990an mengalami kenaikan (rise). Namun sejak tahun seiring berjalannya waktu, industri digital ini mengalami penurunan (fall). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan penurunan (fall) dan kenaikan (rise) pada bisnis nokia. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus tunggal pada bisnis nokia yang bergerak di bidang kuliner industri digital dengan analisis business model canvas, business pattern, business environment & value proposition canvas. Bisnis nokia pernah tren pertumbuhan dan sukses karena memiliki value proposition yang cukup menarik yaitu connecting people yang bertujuan untuk menghubungkan orang orang. Namun, bisnis nokia mengalami penurunan karena key activities Pengembangan yang terlambat dan inovasi yang kurang
