Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan SM dalam mengembangkan kinerja karyawan CGS Mall Surabaya.Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan mengenai permasalahan yang ada pada kinerja karyawan dan mengenai omset yang menurun pada CGS Mall Surabaya.Metode deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data secara rinci dan aktual yang memberikan perbandingan mengenai yang dilakukan dalam menentukan solusi menghadapi suatu permasalahan.Dalam prakteknya metode ini lebih menekankan pada observasi lapangan dengan kondisi alamiah.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan SM terhadap kinerja karyawan dan permasalahan omset penjualan yang menurun.Maka rendahnya dari tahun sebelumnya disebabkan beberapa hal seperti harga komoditas yang tidak bertambah,upah segmen menengah kebawah tidak berubah,dan terjadi shifting perubahan perilaku belanja.Dan dapat dijadikan referensi SM untuk membuat suatu situs belanja online yang memberikan kemudahan dalam berbelanja bagi pelanggan.
