Abstract

Dengan tren integrasi “digital + public service”, teknologi digital yang memungkinkan inovasi layanan publik secara bertahap menjadi isu penting. Sebagai elemen kunci dari desain kota cerdas, layanan kesehatan cerdas berupaya menghubungkan pasien, dokter, rumah sakit, peralatan medis, sistem informasi, dan sistem cerdas melalui teknologi informasi dan Internet untuk mengumpulkan dan mengintegrasikan data cloud medis dan membentuk pusat data cloud medis, dengan demikian mewujudkan berbagi informasi dan interaksi antara pasien, pekerja medis, institusi medis, dan perusahaan di industri perawatan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, sistem medis yang cerdas dapat melayani pasien dengan lebih baik, membantu rumah sakit membuat keputusan manajemen berbasis sains, dan bekerja menuju tujuan perawatan kesehatan yang cerdas . Sistem ini dicirikan oleh interkoneksi, kolaborasi, dan keandalan, dan dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang biasa terlihat dalam sistem medis, termasuk biaya medis yang tinggi, alokasi sumber daya yang tidak adil, dan efisiensi yang rendah.
