Abstract

Tujuan penulisan makalah ini (1) Untuk melihat implementasi empowerment pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, (2) Untuk melihat kinerja karyawan pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu dan (3) Untuk melihat implementasi empowerment dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerka karyawan pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan studi pustaka. Kesimpulan makalah ini adalah Implementasi empowermen di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu sudah dilakukan cukup baik. Kinerja Karyawan sudah cukup baik. Empowermen dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan jika dilakukan dengan sungguhsungguh baik dan benar. Keywords : Empowerment, Kinerja Karyawan
