Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, independensi , integritas dan motivasi kerja auditor terhadap kualitas audit APIP Inspektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survei kuesioner. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 47 APIP Inspektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data analisis dengan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.00. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Kompetensi, Independensi, Integritas dan Motivasi Kerja Auditor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas audit APIP Inspektorat Kota Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.
