Abstract

The paper is designed to give novice researchers advice and support to help them to design good questionnaires, to maximize their response rate, and to undertake appropriate data analysis. The paper aims to draw on experience in new researchers such as those study for a thesis, or in another small-scale research project. An introduction to designing and using research questionnaires. The paper is organized into four main sections: (1) designing questionnaires, (2) distributing questionnaires, (3) determine sample size, and (4) sampling techniques.
