Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng công việc của nhân viên bệnh viện đa khoa tỉnh Sóc Trăng

Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm phân tích các yếu tố tác động đến sự hài lòng công việc của nhân viên Bệnh viện đa khoa tỉnh Sóc Trăng (BVST), bằng việc phỏng vấn 216 nhân viên. Thang đo chỉ số mô tả công việc (JDI) đã được điều chỉnh phù hợp, được đánh giá bằng công cụ Cronbach’s Alpha, phương pháp phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA và phân tích hồi quy. Kết quả nghiên cứu định lượng cho thấy 4 trong tổng số 7 yếu tố của mô hình lý thuyết có tác động tích cực đến sự hài lòng công việc của nhân viên BVST, giảm dần theo thứ tự: (1) Đào tạo và thăng tiến, (2) Tiền lương, (3) Phúc lợi, (4) Đồng nghiệp. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị đối với Ban Quản lý bệnh viện nhằm có chính sách quản trị nguồn nhân lực thích hợp để duy trì sự hài lòng của điều dưỡng, và nâng cao chất lượng công tác của nhân viên.
