Abstract

Koperasi merupakan suatu bentuk badan usaha yang tujuannya adalah mensejahterakan anggota-anggotanya,dalam proses pelaksanaannya koperasi memiliki berbagai prinsip dan asas-asas yang dianut.Untuk menjadi koperasi yang baik tentunya segala prinsip dan asas tersebut harus dijalankan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Berdasarkan UU No. 25 Tahun 1992, Koperasi adalah badan usaha yang beranggotakan orang seorang atau badan hukum koperasi dengan melandaskan kegiatannya berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip koperasi, sekaligus sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berdasar atas asas kekeluargaan. Dan sama seperti jenis badan usaha lain,dalam mendirikan sebuah koperasi juga diperlukan modal dan dalam proses perkembangannya. Modal sangat dibutuhkan agar koperasi dapat berjalan efektif.
