Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam jurnal ini untuk menganalisis perdagangan berdasarkan Nilai moral Islam, dimana di pasar terdapat dua pelaku penjual serta yang membeli. Sumber yang paling utama dari jurnal ini yaitu studi literatur. Penulis Mengambil kesimpulan Ada banyak perihal dalam perdagangan yang tidak pas dengan syariat Islam. Oleh karena itu, perlu ada perbaikan sistem serta kerjasama antara seluruh elemen bisnis, masyarakat serta pemerintah. Dalam menentukan nilai dalam Islam (menentukan) harga tidak di bolehkan, sebab penetapan harga dilakukan kepada kekuatan pasar, ialah permintaan daya serta pasokan daya. ini di sesuai dengan krateristik perdagangan Islam dimana pelaku pasar harus mempromosikan kesalehan, keadilan serta kebaikan, menjaga tanda?tanda Islam, menerapkan manajemen yang baik.
