Abstract

Zaman Globalisasi ditandai dengan meningkatnya arus informasi dan teknologi yang berdampak pada segala aspek kehidupan manusia, terutama pada dunia pemasaran, sehingga secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi pemasar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumennya (customer needs and wants). Kemajuan di bidang teknologi dan informasi memiliki hubungan dampak positif terhadap jumlah pelaku pasar maupun tingkat persaingan. Tiap pemasar berkesempatan untuk melayani konsumen yang ada dengan keahlian dan efisiensi yang mereka ciptakan sendiri, yang tentunya memiliki nilai unggul dari pesaing. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi tersebut juga berdampak pada dunia usaha dan persaingan yang ada di dunia
