Abstract

Perkembangan zaman menuntut para pebisnis untuk dapat bersaing di pasar. Kunci bisnis di era industrial 4.0 bukanlah terletak pada teknologi, namun pada sumberdaya manusianya. Untuk dapat bersaing, pebisnis perlu membangun organisasi mereka dengan positif, sehingga keterlibatan karyawan dapat berjalan secara lancar. Karyawan yang dibutuhkan tentunya yang memiliki pola pikir global serta mampu menghasilkan karya yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luar, melalui pengembangan kekuatan individu, tim, dan organisasi.
