Abstract

Pameran bisnis atau expo adalah sebuah kegiatan yang diadakan oleh perusahaan dari industri tertentu agar dapat memamerkan dan mendemonstrasikan produk dan layanan terbaru yang akan dipasarkan. Selain sebagai sarana pengenalan produk / layanan, pameran bisnis juga berperan penting bagi pelaku bisnis karena bermanfaat untuk memperkuat image perusahaan, mengenal kompetitor lebih dalam, dan juga dalam hal riset pasar. Sedangkan jika dilihat dari sisi konsumen, pameran bisnis sangat berguna bagi konsumen untuk membuka wawasan guna pemenuhan kebutuhannya sehari-hari sesuai yang disesuaikan dengan daya konsumsinya. Pemerintah sendiri bisa saja melakukan pendanaan kepada sebuah bisnis yang berada dalam sebuah pameran jika bisnis tersebut dirasa menguntungkan pemerintah dan layak menjadi proyek pemerintah dalam pengembangan sebuah bidang.
