Abstract

Pemasaran digital mengacu pada penggunaan saluran digital untuk memasarkan produk dan layanan untuk menjangkau konsumen. Jenis pemasaran ini termasuk menggunakan situs web, perangkat seluler, media sosial, mesin telusur, dan saluran serupa lainnya. Pemasaran digital menjadi populer di internet pada 1990-an. Pemasaran digital mencakup beberapa prinsip yang sama dengan pemasaran tradisional dan sering dilihat oleh bisnis sebagai cara baru untuk terlibat dengan konsumen dan memahami perilaku mereka. Perusahaan sering menggabungkan teknik pemasaran tradisional dan digital dalam strategi mereka. Namun, ini memiliki tantangannya sendiri, termasuk bias implisit (Barone, 2022).
