Abstract

Kelembagaan koperasi adalah penting karna menentukan tujuan kegiatan, status,hukum, manajemen, dan sumber daya manusia di dalam koperasi. Oleh karna itu, ketika hendakmendirikan koperasi , kita harus melihat arah dan tujuan koperasi ekonomi para pendiriOrganisasi Koperasi Pengorganisasian menghasilkan suatu susunan tugas atau tanggung jawabyang terdiri dari bagian – bagian yang terintegasikan melalui hubungan antar bagian dalamkoperasi. Melalui pengorganisasian terjadilah kerja antar orang, antar kelompok, dan antarbagian. Struktur organisasi koperasi dapat ditinjau dari segi intern organisasi koperasi dan segiekstern organisasi koperasi. Struktur intern organisai koperasi melibatkan unsur-unsur didalamorganisais itu sendiri. Struktur organisasi intern mengatur pembagian tugas dan wewenangorang-orang yang bekerja didalam koperasi dan mendeskripsikan jenis hubungan dan tanggungjawab setiap jabatan Berdasarkan dari uraian latar belakang, maka selanjutnya akan dibahas lebih lanjut mengenai hubungan dan pembagian kerja dalam pengelolaan koperasi.
