Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan akad qardh yaitu akad pinjam meminjam yang diberikan kepada yang membutuhkan atau perjanjian antr kedua belah pihak dimana pihak pertama menyediakan harta atau memberikan harta yang juga bisa disebut dengan meminjamkan harta kepada orang lain yang membutuhkan dana cepat tanpa mengharapkan imbalan. Dan dalam perbankan syariah di menyediakan system akad qardh yang mana meminjamkan uang dengan sejumlah yang diinginkan oleh nasabah dan mengembalikan nya dengan jangka waktu yang sudah di tetapkan pada saat akad dilaksanakan. Aqad al-qardh ini bisa menjadi fasilitas untuk membantu usaha kecil menengah atau social kemasyarakatan. Dan manfaat akad qardh untuk membantu nasabah yang membutuhkan dana cepat sekaligus salah satu ciri pemberi antara bank syariah dan bank konvensional yang di dalam nya terkandung misi social.
