Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sikap perilaku, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku terhadap minat mahasiswa Akuntansi STIE IBBI Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik Incidental Sampling. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap perilaku,norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkarir dibidang perpajakan. Secara parsial norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkarir dibidang perpajakan. Sedangkan sikap perilaku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkarir dibidang perpajakan.
