Abstract

E-commerce telah muncul menjadi salah satu model bisnis paling sukses yang telah memberikan banyak manfaat bagi bisnis di lingkungan kontemporer. Studi ini berfokus pada penilaian dampak E-commerce terhadap kinerja bisnis. Beberapa dampak penting adalah pasar internasional, tidak ada batasan waktu, membangun hubungan yang lebih baik dengan pelanggan, biaya tetap yang lebih rendah, dan banyak lagi.
