Abstract

Nghiên cứu này đánh giá tác động tiềm tàng của Fintech đối với ngân hàng thương mại Việt Nam. Kết quả cho thấy, đối với các ngân hàng thương mai, sự phát triển của Fintech dẫn đến tăng lợi nhuận, đổi mới tài chính và cải thiện khả năng kiểm soát rủi ro, Nhìn chung, bằng cách sử dụng công nghệ tài chính, các ngân hàng thương mại có thể cải thiện mô hình kinh doanh truyền thống của mình bằng cách giảm chi phí hoạt động ngân hàng, nâng cao hiệu quả dịch vụ, tăng cường khả năng kiểm soát rủi ro và tạo ra các mô hình kinh doanh hướng tới khách hàng; từ đó nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh toàn diện. Mức độ tác động này khác nhau tuỳ theo mức độ sử dụng đổi mới công nghệ của ngân hàng.
