Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hukum umat muslim ketika menjual, membeli, dan memakai barang-barang atau perlengkapan non muslim sebagai bentuk perayaan untuk hari besarnya berdasarkan ayat-ayat Al- Quran, Hadis dan beberapa pendapat para ulama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library researc). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa banyak pedagang muslim yang memanfaatkan hari-hari besar orang kafir untuk meraih keuntungan dengan berdagang barang-barang atau perlengkapan untuk hari raya mereka bahkan ada juga sebagian muslim yang sengaja membeli perlengkapan hari raya orang kafir dan memakainya
