Tác động của nợ nước ngoài đến tăng trưởng kinh tế Việt Nam

Abstract

Việt Nam là một quốc gia đang phát triển nên cần nguồn vốn lớn để xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng, đầu tư cho phát triển. Tuy nhiên, Việt Nam có thâm hụt ngân sách cao, tỷ lệ thu nhập, tỷ lệ tiết kiệm và dự trữ ngoại hối thấp dẫn đến không đủ nguồn lực đầu tư cho phát triển. Vì vậy, nguồn vốn vay bên ngoài là một trong những nguồn lực quan trọng để bù đắp thiếu hụt để phát triển đất nước, góp phần bắt kịp với các nước trong khu vực và thế giới. Tuy nhiên, vay nước ngoài càng nhiều có giúp nền kinh tế Việt Nam tăng trưởng cao bởi vì hàng năm Chính phủ phải dành gần 25% ngân sách để trả nợ? Dòng vốn nước ngoài tác động như thế nào đến đầu tư, tiêu dùng và thương mại cũng như tăng trưởng kinh tế của các nước đi vay? Nghiên cứu tác động của nợ nước ngoài đến tăng trưởng kinh tế Việt Nam trong giai đoạn 2000-2016 nhằm tìm ra câu trả lời cho những câu hỏi nêu trên.
