Abstract

Blue ocean strategy adalah salah satu strategi dalam menjalankan bisnis. Strategi ini berguna untuk menjauhkan kita dari red ocean. Jika menggunakan strategi ini, bisnis akan mampu menjadi pemimpin pasar yang tidak memiliki banyak kompetitor.
