Pengaruh Sistem Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banggai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengembangan karir yaitu pelatihan dan pengembangan, peran atasan/pimpinan dan sistim reward organisasi terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai negeri sipil pada pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Banggai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai negeri sipil level manajerial eselon II, III, dan [V pada pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Banggai Sulawesi Tengah. Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 240 orang pegawai yang diambil secara Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Metode analisis data dalam studi ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor dalam sistim pengembangan karir yaitu pelatihan dan pengembangan, peran atasan/pimpinan dan sistim reward organisasi berpengaruh secara nyata dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai negeri sipil pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Banggai dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
