Abstract

Tujuan Memberikan pelatihan tentang Peningkatan Kapasitas Generasi Muda Melalui Pelatihan Kepemimpinan kepada Pengurus Karang Taruna Nagari Panyalaian Kecamatan X Koto Tanah Datar. Kegiatan diawali dengan observasi dan koresponding melalui WA untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dari kelompok selanjutnya dilaksanakan dengan menyampaikan materi terkait Peningkatan Kapasitas Generasi Muda Melalui Pelatihan Kepemimpinan. Pelatihan ini mendapat sambutan positif dari para pemuda yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Nagari Panyalaian Kecamatan X Koto. Kepemimpinan untuk mengelola sebuah organisasi sangat diperlukan oleh pemuda Karang Taruna Nagari Panyalaian agar potensi daerah dapat digali lebih banyak. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini dapat membuka wawasan pemuda untuk membuka peluang kerja di daerah Panyalaian.
