Abstract

Định giá các-bon là một công cụ tài chính xanh, kiểm soát các chi phí ngoại biên của phát thải khí nhà kính. Định giá các-bon đóng vai trò quan trọng trong chính sách quốc gia về bảo vệ môi trường bền vững và phát triển kinh tế hiệu quả. Điều này không chỉ giải quyết các vấn đề về biến đổi khí hậu, mà còn góp phần thúc đẩy công bằng xã hội. Những tác động của định giá các-bon trong nền kinh tế tuần hoàn có sự khác nhau giữa các quốc gia.
