Abstract

Agama Islam sebagai agama yang sangat universal dan sebagai way of life atau sebagai jalan hidup, mengatur segala aspek kehidupan dan bahkan memberikan petunjuk dari segala gejala-gejala baru yang timbul di masyarakat yang terkadang menjadikan masyarakat muslim bertanya-tanya tentang hukum dari gejala-gejala baru tersebut. Salah satu masalah yang akan saya bahas adalah hukum akad nikah online dalam tinjauan fiqh kontemporer. Dua tahun belakangan dikarenakan virus covid yang menyebar dikalangan masyarakat, dan dikarenakan zaman semakin canggih, maka banyak sekali kegiatan-kegiatan yang dirubah menjadi online atau daring (dalam jaringan) seperti salah satu contohnya adalah kegiatan belajar mengajar disekolah akhirnya dipindahkan dirumah masing-masing dengan on…
