Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Iklim Organisasi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman yaitu sebanyak 55 orang. Penelitian ini tidak menggunakan sampel, tetapi menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, 2) iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, 3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, 4) kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman adalah 36,7% sementara sisanya sebesar 63,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain
