Abstract

Dompet elektronik / digital yang sering disebut e-wallet adalah sebuah layanan untuk menyimpan data dan melakukan pembayaran secara online (cashless payment) dengan cepat, aman, praktis dan modern. Seiring dengan perkembangan inovasi dan teknologi yang kini kian canggih di bidang Financial Technology (Fintech), berbagai masalah seringkali timbul dan memerlukan penyelesaian dengan cara yang efektif. Jaman sekarang tren dengan pembayaran e-wallet semakin berkembang pesat, hampir semua industry dan perusahaan bahkan toko kecil pun menerapkan system pembayaran online sehingga akhir – akhir ini kebanyak orang (milenial, gen z dan orang tua) lebih sering menggunakan e-wallet daripada tunai. Menurut hasil dari riset (Jakpat) 38% pengguna e-wallet / user berasal dari usia dibawah 25 tahun lalu sisanya 28% user berasal dari usia 35 tahun.
