Abstract

Hadis merupakan sumber hukum dalam Islam yang kedua setelah Al-Qur’an, oleh karenanya, sangatlah penting bagi kita untuk mengetahui semua hal akan Ilmu hadis karena memiliki peranan yang begitu penting dalam mengarahkan kehidupan manusia agar selalu berada di jalan yang di ridhai Allah Swt. Mukhtalif Hadis adalah Ilmu yang mempelajari tentang cara bagaimana menyelesaikan persoalan hadis yang nampak saling bertentangan, dengan metode-metode yang terdapat didalamnya. Pada artikel ini, penulis akan menjelaskan metode apa saja yang digunakan ketika kita menemui hadis yang nampak bertentangan, baik dengan metode al-Jam’u, Naskh Mansukh, al-Tarjih, maupun tawaqquf
