Abstract

La presente tesis tiene por objeto de analizar: gestión financiera y la liquidez de la empresa de Transportes e Inversiones La-Amistad SCRL Cusco 2020. La empresa de transporte Transportes e Inversiones La-Amistad SCRL inicio sus actividades en 10 de julio de 1998 en Cusco, su domicilio fiscal en la plaza de Armas sin número en la región y provincia de Cusco distrito de Santiago su principal actividad económica es el transporte terrestre de pasajeros. El problema que presento la empresa fue como la gestión de financiera de la empresa y como está influyendo en la liquidez y como se desenvuelven las decisiones que se toman en la empresa respecto a estas dos variables. Identificamos cómo se maneja la gestión financiera y las comparamos con los ratios financieros y las obligaciones financieras y la liquidez con el presupuesto y flujo de caja y vemos como estas fueron ejecutadas en la que realiza la gerencia, y comparadas con las encuestas realizadas por áreas de la empresa gerencia, contabilidad y caja para ver cómo se desenvolvió la empresa en el año fiscal 2020.
