Sự hài lòng về chất lượng dịch vụ tuyên truyền hỗ trợ người nộp thuế tại Cục Thuế tỉnh Sóc Trăng

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đo lường mức độ hài lòng về chất lượng dịch vụ tuyên truyền hỗ trợ người nộp thuế tại cục thuế tỉnh Sóc Trăng, bằng việc khảo sát 208 người nộp thuế, công cụ Cronbach’s alpha, EFA và phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng. Kết quả đã đưa ra được mô hình sự hài lòng của NNT gồm 05 nhân tố: Đáp ứng, Đồng cảm, Cơ sở vật chất, Tin cậy và Năng lực phục vụ. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các giải pháp đến nhà trường nhằm nâng cao sự hài lòng của sinh viên.
