Abstract

Rantai nilai global (Global Value Chain) merupakan dimana produk dan proses produksi dihasilkan dari kepedulian dan praktik lingkungan, sosial dan atau ekonomi. Rantai nilai global terdiri dari semua kegiatan yang diperlukan untuk membawa produk menuju pasar. Perusahaan akan meningkatkan pasarnya di skala global dan membentuk kerjasama dengan perusahaan lokal. Pembentukan strategi aliansi telah menjadi langkah strategis yang semakin populer oleh banyak bisnis untuk meningkatkan posisi kompetitif mereka.
