Abstract

Kolusi itu merupakan bagian dari KKN (Kolusi,Korupsi,Nepotisme) hal ini telah mejadi budaya atau hal yang sudah tidak asing lagi di kalangan kita sebagai masyarakat ,namun hal ini merupakan tanggung jawab pemangku negara untuk mengatasinya untuk lebih meminimalisir terjadinya tindak penyimpangan tersebut. Seluruh penyelenggara pemerintahan kemudian layak menumbuhkan transparansi, menumbuhkan responsibilitas, melaksanakan penyederhanan cara kerja serta cara bantuan terhadap masyarakat demi meminimalisiir bagian korupsi, sekalian meluaskan kadar pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan method researc library. Data yang dianalisis dan diperoleh kemudian disimpulkan sehingga mendapatkan suatu kesimpulan mengenai studi literatur.
