Menghadapi Resesi 2023 Menggunakan Perspektif Wirausaha

Abstract

Resesi adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan keadaan dimana perputaran ekonomi suatu negara menjadi lambat hingga buruk. Dampak dari resesi tidak hanya kepada negara tetapi resesi juga berpengaruh kepada perusahaan dan pekerja.Dampak resesi terhadap perusahaan bisa membuat perusahaan jatuh bangkrut diakibatkan menurunnya daya beli masyarakat yang berimbas pada penurunan pendapatan perusahaan dan mengancam arus kas.Dampak resesi terhadap pekerja membuat pekerja mendapatkan PHK karena perusahaan yang bangkrut atau penurunan pendapatan perusahaan, pekerja yang tidak di PHK tetap akan merasakan efek nya karena akan mendapatkan pemotongan upah kerja.
