Kerja Sama di Bidang Usaha Antar Koperasi

Abstract

Pada dasarnya telah banyak ketentuan-ketentuan dasar termasuk yang bersifat legalitas yang mendorong koperasi untuk berperan sebagai lembaga bisnis dalam UU No.25 tahun 1992 mengisyaratkan dua hal pokok yang sangat besar artinya untuk mewujudkan koperasi sebagai badan usaha yang mampu memenuhi arus utama perekonomian nasional. Pengertian koperasi yang lebih dipertegas sebagai bentuk badan usaha, sehingga kaidah-kaidah peraturan yang efisiensi secara tegas berlaku dalam organisasi koperasi. Dengan dimasukkannya kerjasama sebagai salah satu prinsip dasar koperasii Indonesia, hal ini secara lengkap langsung akan meningkatkan koperasi untuk mengembangkan jaringan usaha bukan saja kerjasama sesame koperasi melainkan bagian kerjasama koperasi dan badan usaha lain, baik skala lokal, nasional, regional, maupun internasional.
